  1. Can I transfer my current mobile number to amaysim?

    Absolutely! You can bring your existing number with you, no matter which way you activate your account. The next step in the activation process is where you enter your existing mobile number details. We don't start the transfer of your number until you tell us to.

  2. I can't find my SIM/ICCID number on my pack, where is it?

    The SIM/ICCID number can be found on the back of your SIM pack. You will notice a white sticker at the bottom, printed on the sticker are two barcodes, underneath the horizontal barcode you will see the label "ICCID" the number that follows is the SIM/ICCID number that you enter here.

  3. I don't have a SIM pack, what have I done wrong?

    If you still have the amaysim SIM card the SIM/ICCID number is printed on that. It appears under "amaysim" and just enter that number on this step and you can proceed with the activation. If you don't have the amaysim SIM card you can always purchase one online right now

  4. I bought a recharge voucher with my SIM pack, where do I enter this?

    You can enter your recharge number/PIN on the "About You" step during the online activation process.

  5. My SIM card was posted to me in the mail. Do I need to use this process?

    No, your SIM card is already activated. All you need to do now is insert the SIM into your device and start making calls or if you need to start the transfer of your number click the "Start Number Transfer" button inside my amaysim
