Everything coming to Netflix Australia in March 2020
26 Feb 2020
Awards season may be over, causing a lull in the theatres, however the same can’t be said for Netflix, with the streaming giant showing no signs of slowing down soon
After what can only be described as a titanic start to the year, which saw Netlfix pick up a whopping 24 Oscar nominations, the entertainment behemoth seems to be going from strength to strength, with March set to provide another huge month of fresh content.
This months' lineup is headlined by Season Four of Riverdale which will appear weekly from March 4 and is poised to be most dramatic season yet as the gang gears up for their senior year of high school. Other Netflix Original highlights include Season 3 of Ozark, Altered Carbon: Resleeved and Guilty, a thriller which is being described as a must-watch for fans of Black Mirror.
On the documentary front, There's Something in the Water, directed by Ellen Page and Ian Daniel is a Canadian documentary on environmental racism and explores the disproportionate effect of environmental damage on Black Canadian and First Nations communities in Nova Scotia.
For the foodies out there you'll be stoked to hear Season Two of Ugly Delicious will return on 6 March, with James Beard Award-winning chef David Chang starring in this travelogue that sends him on a journey to culinary hot spots around the world. He is joined by writers, activists, artists and other chefs who use food as a vehicle to break down cultural barriers and tackle misconceptions.
