If you’re not happy with amaysim NBN® for any reason within the first 30 days of connection, simply contact us. Let us know you'd like to cancel your amaysim NBN plan under the Satisfaction Guarantee policy and we'll happily refund your monthly plan fee for that first month.

Our satisfaction guarantee is available for the first month only. You will not be able to seek a refund after the first 30 days of connection.
Any non-standard installation charges or fees directly from the National Broadband Network (NBN), such as the $300 new development connection fee, are not included in the refund. For more details refer to our terms and conditions.
Terms & Conditions
Only available once per customer per residential address, within the first 30 days (prior to first bill). If you have previous claimed under the Satisfaction Guarantee, you may be asked to provide proof of address and move in date to show that you have changed premises since the previous claim. None of this will affect any other rights or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
