amaysim is an award-winning telecommunications company with 1.7M customers. They are powered by the same Optus network that Circles Life customers are used to.
The change of supplier period will take place over the next 30 days, at which point Circles Life customers will receive an announcement from amaysim, that the change of supplier has been completed. The first step is that customers mobile service supplier changes (and nothing else will change), the second step is that Circles Life customers will be offered and, if choose to, will be migrated to an amaysim plan.
Absolutely nothing. Right now, there is no change to any mobile numbers, SIM or mobile data. Only the mobile service supplier is changing for now. Customer's plans will not change immediately, and they will remain on a Circles Life plan. In the coming months you will receive a communication directly from amaysim with an overview of the amaysim plan that best matches their current plan. It will also include information about the timings of when the plan migrations will take place.
We are in the process of working through the best amaysim plan for every Circles Life customer. When we have these details confirmed, we will contact customers directly and we’ll be able to help with any questions or clarify any parts of the new plans that customers need help with.
Circles Life will not continue to have mobile customers in Australia once the transfer of customers to amaysim concludes.
Circles Life customers will need to cancel their service with Circles Life or arrange to transfer to another provider before the date specified in the email sent from amaysim, which details your new amaysim plan and plan migration date.
Until the change of supplier process is complete, customers will remain a Circles Life customer, their plans have not changed, and all questions should go through normal Circles Life communications channels.
