UPDATING YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS


It’s dead easy to update your payment details on your amaysim account at any time, either online on My amaysim, or using the amaysim app.


Updating your payment details using the amaysim app

  • Open the amaysim app.
  • Swipe up from the home screen and select ‘Manage your plan’.
  • Select ‘Change your payment method’ and follow the prompts to update your details.

Updating your payment details using My amaysim

The easiest way to update your payment details is on the amaysim app, but you can also do this on My amaysim following these simple steps:

  • Log in to My amaysim.
  • Select ‘Payments’ on the left nav.
  • Select ‘Change payment method’, then follow the prompts to update your details.
