HOW TO CALL JAPAN FROM AUSTRALIA

When calling a phone number from Japan, the country code of +81 needs to entered, followed by the Japan area code and a local (or mobile) number in order to complete the call.
e.g - To dial the Japan number (03) 3350 4511 from an Australian mobile, you’d dial:
+81 3 3350 4511
If calling from a landline, replace the + sign with 0011 followed by 81 (Japan country code) and then the Japan area code and local number.
