Music and Podcast streaming uses around 150MB per hour when streaming at the high-quality audio output of 320kbps.
Spotify however lets you dial down the quality to 96kpbs or 160kps, which can cut your hourly data usage to approximately 40MB and 70MB respectively, providing you with up to 1250 hours of audio streaming.
