If you’re having trouble logging into your amaysim account, you may need to reset your password. This is easy to do on My amaysim or the amaysim app.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset your password here.
Simply enter your amaysim mobile number, or the email address that's linked to your amaysim account and we’ll send you an email with instructions to reset your password. The email will be sent to the email address linked to your account.
If you’re unsure what your amaysim mobile number is, simply check any prior emails we’ve sent you, as your number will be listed there. If you still can’t find your number, please contact us so we can help you out.
If you can't locate the email after following the prompts to reset your password, please ensure you've checked the spam folder of your email in inbox.
What to do if your account is locked
If you’ve incorrectly entered your password multiple times in succession, you’ll automatically be locked out your account for one hour. After one hour has passed, you can re-attempt logging in again.
