How can I update my personal information?

Updating your personal information is simple and can be done through the Personal details section of my amaysim.

To update your personal details, select Settings from the menu options of my amaysim. Head to the Personal details section and once there you’ll be able to update your:

  • Contact phone number

  • Email address

  • Residential address

  • Delivery address

  • My Account password

It's important you keep your details up to date, so that we can contact you about your service. Where required, we may also supply some of this information to the Integrated Public Number Database (IPND). Information in the IPND is used to assist emergency service organisations.

To update the payment details for your account, head to the Payment details section of My amaysim, which can be found in the Settings menu option. Once here, select your payment method from the options, then follow the prompts and update your payment method.
