How does Prepaid Mobile credit work?

Prepaid credit at amaysim is simple to manage.

Any credit added to your account has an expiry period of 365 days. If you recharge additional credit within this period, it will extend the expiry period for credit on the account at the time of the recharge for a fresh 365 days.

Prepaid credit can be used to add any mobile or data-only plan. If you don’t have enough credit to add the plan, we’ll simply charge the remaining cost of the plan to the selected payment method on your account.

Yes ! You can set an auto-recharge for your credit through Settings in My amaysim. This allows you to stay connected without the need to manually recharge every time you're low on credit.

Once this has been activated, your account will automatically recharge with a nominated amount whenever your balance gets low.

As long as your SIM card is active and you’re in an area with available network coverage, you’ll be able to receive calls and SMS while in Australia.
