HOW TO SIGN UP TO AN AMAYSIM PLAN
Joining amaysim is completely hassle-free. Simply choose and purchase the amaysim mobile plan that’s right for you, order your SIM card, and you’ll be good to go as soon as you’ve received and activated it!
If you’d like to get up and running right away, can also download an eSIM or purchase an amaysim SIM card from one of thousands of stores across Australia, including Coles, Woolworths, Australia Post, 7-Eleven and many more. Either of these can be activated immediately, so can start using your amaysim service right away.
Here’s everything you’ll need to join amaysim
- An unlocked mobile, tablet or data-only device
- An Australian address
- A valid email address
- A valid form of ID
You can keep your existing number
It’s easy to transfer your existing number over to amaysim. You’ll be given the option to do so during the signup process, and then once you’ve given us a few details, we’ll take care of the rest.
Ordering your amaysim SIM card online
As soon as you click ‘Buy now’ on your chosen amaysim plan, your signup process will begin. You’ll need a credit/ debit card or PayPal account to pay for your order, and you may also need to verify your identity through My amaysim before your SIM can be activated.
Your SIM card will be sent to you free of charge, whichever plan you choose.
If you opt for an eSIM, you’ll be able to download and activate and use this as soon as you’ve paid for your plan and verified your identity (if required).
Purchasing an amaysim SIM card in-store
If you can’t wait for a SIM card to be delivered to you, you can purchase one in-store for just $2. Once you’ve purchased one, head to the activation page, enter your SIM number and select your desired amaysim plan to complete the signup process.
You can also purchase a Starter Pack SIM. These come with charge packs of
$10, $20, $25, $30, $35, $40, $50, $99, $195, or $240 which can be used to pay for your plan.
Note: Starter Pack SIM cards can’t be used as replacement SIM cards.
