TRANSFERRING YOUR AMAYSIM PLAN OVER TO SOMEONE ELSE

If you want to transfer your amaysim mobile service over to someone else, all you need to do is complete a ‘Change of Ownership’ form. You’ll be able to find this in the ‘Personal details’ section on My amaysim or the amaysim app.

Once completed, you’ll need to send the form to mnpsupport@amaysim.com.au

Authorising others to act on your behalf

If you’d like to, you can appoint an Advocate or Authorised Representative to liaise with us on your behalf by completing an Authorised Representative form.

We may also be able to accept someone holding an appropriate Power of Attorney or Guardianship Order. However, we’ll need you send a certified copy of either along with your form.
