What documentation will I need?

Why does amaysim require these documents?
Executors of a will or administrators of an estate may require access to a deceased person’s mobile number to process various financial transactions on behalf of the deceased. As such, we must ensure that only people with the correct authority are requesting cancellation or transfer of the deceased person’s mobile number.
Once we've received your request via the Australian Death Notification Service, or via email or post with all the required documentation, our specialised team will be in touch within 10 business days.
Once your request has been processed, we will:
- Send confirmation that your request has been completed
- Stop any further billing and cancel all existing direct debit arrangements
