HOW TO CHECK FOR UNBILLED CHARGES
You can check any unbilled charges on your account through the ‘Plan’ page in My amaysim next to the 'This month's charges' section.
The amount displayed will include all the cost of your amaysim mobile or data-only plan, plus any additional usage that has fallen outside of your plan’s allocated inclusions.
When will my bill be issued?
The date you receive your bill will depend on your signup date, and your bill will be sent on the same date each month, with a full breakdown of all usage that has occurred within your monthly billing period (30/31 days).
You can view the dates of your billing period through the top right corner of your invoice.
How to stay on top of your usage
A great way to stay on top of your usage is to check the balance of your plan regularly. And there are three super simple ways for you to do this:
- Log in to the amaysim app, and you’ll see your balance displayed on the home screen.
- Head to the ‘Plan’ page of My amaysim and see it displayed there.
- Text ‘BAL’ to 568, and we’ll message you straight back with your balance.
