HOW DO I CHECK MY UNBILLED CHARGES?
You can check any unbilled charges on your account through the Plan page in My amaysim next to the section titled 'This month's charges'.
The amount displayed will include the charge of your amaysim mobile or data-only plan and any usage that has fallen outside of your plan’s inclusions.

When will my bill be issued?
The date you receive your bill will depend on your sign up date, however your bill will be sent on the same date each month and will cover any usage that has occurred within your monthly billing period (30/31 days)
You can view the dates of your billing period through the top right corner of your invoice.
A great way to stay on top of your usage is to check the balance of your mobile or data-only plan regularly and here are some quick ways this can be done:
- Log in to the amaysim app, your balance will be displayed on the Home screen;
- Head to the Plan page of My amaysim; or
- Text BAL to 568
