WHERE CAN I VIEW OR PRINT MY BILL?

Each month your bill will be automatically sent to the email address linked your account. If you need to access a previous bill, head to the Bills section of My amaysim where you’ll be able to view and download all prior bills for your account.

Important Note: We no longer offer Postpaid billing for new services. This means if you're a new customer, your chosen SIM plan will be Prepaid and you'll always pay for your chosen plan upfront.

As a Postpaid customer, each month your bill will be automatically sent to the email address linked your account.

If you need to access a previous bill, head to the Bills section of My amaysim where you’ll be able to view and download all prior bills for your account.

If you aren't receiving your bill via email, it may be because to the email address linked to your account is incorrect. You can update the email address linked to your account through the Personal details tab in My amaysim.
