We’ve made it super simple to manage your amaysim plan whenever, and wherever you are. You can do it in the palm of your hand on the easy-to-use amaysim app, or online, via My amaysim, or even SMS.

Managing your plan using the amaysim app or My amaysim

Once you’re logged in to the amaysim app or My amaysim, you’ll quickly and easily be able to:

• Check your credit and data balance
• Switch to another plan
• Renew your current plan early
• Add extra data to your plan
• Update your payment details
• View a detailed usage history
• Manage auto-renew for your plan
• Update your settings, like call waiting, voicemail and roaming

Managing your plan by SMS

We’ve created a range of SMS shortcuts which you can text to 568 to help you manage your plan. These allow you to check your account balance, add extra data, switch off your auto-renew, change your amaysim plan or switch to AS YOU GO.
