ORDERING A REPLACEMENT SIM
If your SIM is lost or damaged, you can order a replacement in no time on My amaysim or the amaysim app.
- Log in to My amaysim or open the amaysim app and swipe up on the home screen.
- Click ‘Replace SIM’.
- Select a reason for needing a new SIM.
- Click ‘Continue’.
- That’s it! Your new SIM will be with you with 2-10 days.
Can’t wait 2-10 days for a new SIM to arrive?
If you need a new SIM more urgently, you can purchaser a replacement SIM for just $2 from a range of retail stores, including Coles, Woolworths, Australia Post, 7-Eleven, and many more.
Activating your new SIM
Your replacement SIM will be a 3-in-1 SIM, so you’ll be able to punch out the Standard, Micro or Nano SIM, depending on which one is compatible with your device.
To activate it, simply follow these easy steps:
- Log in to My amaysim or open the amaysim app and swipe up on the home screen.
- Select ‘Replace SIM’.
- Select ‘Activate replacement SIM’.
- Enter your 13-digit SIM number.
Alternatively, if you’re using the amaysim app, you can scan your code instead.
- Job done! Your amaysim number will now be swapped over to your new SIM.
We’ll also send you an email to confirm that your new SIM is now active.
