You can change your mobile number at any time, simply contact us. We’ll be happy to assist you in getting a new number sorted right away.
 

There’s a $20 change of number fee

If you’re a prepaid customer, this will need to be processed to complete your number change. If you have any amaysim credit in your account, we’ll use that first and charge the remaining balance to your selected payment method.

If you’re a postpaid customer, the $20 charge will be added to your next bill.

Note: If you’re changing your number because you’ve been receiving unwanted calls or texts, feel free to let us know. We may be able to waive the change of number fee in extreme cases, for example, if you have been the victim of harassment of any kind.
