HOW CAN I CALL OR SMS 19 NUMBERS?

You can send SMS to 19 numbers, however as numbers that begin with 19 or a short code i.e. numbers or keywords are Premium services, you'll need to manage the Premium SMS settings for your account through the Settings section of My amaysim before being able to send/receive SMS to these numbers.

• For Prepaid customers, you'll need to make sure you have additional credit in your account to cover the cost of any Premium SMS messages you send.
• For Postpaid customers, you'll be able to send SMS to 19 numbers and will find any additional charges on your next monthly bill.

We’ll help protect you from unexpectedly high Premium SMS charges by allowing you to set a spend limit on the Premium SMS charges you can incur each month, this can also be managed through Settings in My amaysim. To disable the ability to send Premium SMS all together, set your spend limit to $0.

Calls to 19 numbers are blocked.

Premium services is content offered by third party providers, such as weather alerts, games, ringtones, chat services and much more. It's like subscribing to a service and as attractive as they appear, they always incur a charge.

The costs of Premium SMS depend on the type of service you have subscribed to and can vary from 50c to $6.60 (now that's premium!) for each SMS sent or received.

Remember, Premium SMS services are not supplied by amaysim, so we have no control over the prices charged for these services.

The Premium SMS service supplier is required by law to display all costs in its advertising but be careful when you commit as you could be subscribing to ongoing charges.
