When will my NBN connection be active?

Download the amaysim app to track the progress of your activation.

 

With the app, you’ll also be able to manage your plan and details in one convenient place. You can change your plan or payment method, manage your personal details, download your tax invoices, and more.

Alternatively, you can also log in to My amaysim from the website.

How do I set up my existing WiFi modem or router?

If you’re already an NBN user, you may still need to set up your modem. This could help:

I don’t have a WiFi modem or router. What do I do?
You can buy a modem/router online or at an electronics retailer near you. They are relatively easy to install with a simple plug-and-play to connect.

My NBN connection isn’t active yet. What do I do?

We’ve got your back every step of the way. We’ll keep you updated until your NBN connection is active.

There’re a few reasons why your activation may take longer than expected:

  • You don't have the right NBN equipment
  • The NBN team may need to implement changes from their side
